Lambrusco is a type of grape, but also a style of wine—the term is used interchangeably. Lambrusco the wine, is a red, sparkling wine made using the tank method. It can be dry, sweet, or very sweet—and with less than 8 g/L of residual sugar, this wine is DRY! Lambrusco the grape comes in many versions, and with just a single type instead of a blend, this bottle is a rarity. Delicious with red fruit and a fun, festive fizz, this wine has some strength (and a bit of tannin!). Have it with meat sauce tagliatelle, salami, or even chocolate!
