Roeno Trento Extra Brut SUSTAINABLE

Not all sparkling wine made in Italy is Prosecco, take for example the Roeno Trento! Made using entirely Chardonnay grapes in the Champagne method, it is completely dry—and quite a step up from the slightly sweet Prosecco we might be used to. Sourced from grapes grown on the slopes of the Adige river, the Roeno is bright straw yellow in color with golden reflections, this is a wine of great expression with pleasant aromas of almond, florals, and the classic brioche we love in a brut sparkling wine. Perfect as an aperitif or with finger foods and raw shellfish!
