Scopa Terre Siciliane Bianco ORGANIC/NATURAL

The island of Sicily has given us so much! From Vito Corleone to Tony Soprano, pasta alla norma to cannoli, and of course, its remarkable wines. This white blend from Scopa comes from vineyards close to Palermo and is made from a blend of Catarratto and Grillo. Fermented in stainless steel, this white is fresh and aromatic with a gentle body. Aromas of ripe citrus, cantaloupe, and florals blend with bright acidity on the palate and a long finish. Try pairing it with that pasta alla norma or perhaps some fresh sardines!
