A bit softer than its cousin from Marlborough, Nelson Sauvignon Blanc shows beautiful mineral nuances at the core of the palate. Light with wildflowers, lemon, pineapple, and lime; this wine is dry and delicious with a tangy, tart finish. Have it on its own or with Asian style seafood dishes—especially crab or shrimp.
