Toni Söllner is a small-scale producer of handcrafted wines in the hills of the Donauland, overlooking the Danube valley and the Alps, just to the east of the Kamptal. The vines grow on terraces of loess, mussel-chalk, and red gravel, amidst herbs, legumes, and wild flowers. Pretty picturesque, right? His Dani (Delicious, Amazing, Natural, Individual) rosé is a wine full of harmony and flavors of pink grapefruit and delicious acidity. Try pairing it with grilled seafood, Wiener schnitzel, or a fresh tomato salad!
