This was a precious gem brought exclusively to this store by the owner. From a region close to Gigondas and Vacqueyras, comes to you a manually harvested red fruit beauty with a structured body, high tannins and generous alcohol, which makes it perfect for aging 5 to 7 years. It combines cherry, blueberry and licorice notes, typical notes of any exceptional Cotes-du-Rhone wine. Enjoy this with lamb, rabbit or a Provençal beef daube.
