Made exclusively with the best of the crus of Cognac Grand and Petite Champagne ("Fine" Champagne) grapes (all three traditional varieties Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Colombard) this blend is terroir driven in the taste profile. Fresh, elegant, suave and aromatic. Aromas of elegant white flowers and plum complemented by spicy autumn fruits. Rich and rounded with complex fruits, hints of chocolate, cinnamon, and prune.
It all started when Alfred Tesseron challenged the new generation distiller Romain Martial to craft a Cognac by solely using eaux de vie distilled and aged since the beginning of his journey at Tesseron Cognac. Trained by his father for more than a decade, this blend is an expression of his performance applied to a specific assemblage and a tribute to his future work with the Tesseron family.
The Tesseron’s are also active in wine production, owning Château Pontet-Canet – a Pauillac classified property producing Grand Cru Classé Bordeaux wine.
