This sparkling rosé is made from 100% pinot noir grapes and features aromas of strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit zest and white flowers. The palate is zesty and mineral driven with small, fine bubbles and completely dry! Perfect on its own or alongside oysters, fried chicken, grilled fish or triple crème brie.
