Distilled from a sour mash recipe of corn and rye, Union Horse Reserve goes the distance. Handcrafted in copper pot still using only traditional methods – distilled gently in small batches and aged 5+ years and non-chill filtered to perfection in oak barrels. Each bottle is hand numbered and signed by Master Distiller & Co-Founder Patrick Garcia.
