Valravn Zinfandel Sonoma County SUSTAINABLE

Nobody grows Zinfandel like they do in California.  Nobody.  Powerfully elegant and juicy-jammy dry, Zinfandel is one of the reasons why California wines are so remarkable.  With fruit from the arid, hot area of Dry Creek in Sonoma County, the quintessential California region for Zinfandel, the Valravn is deep with dark red fruit and notes of French oak.  The palate is hefty with blackberries and plums finished with licorice, firm tannins and structure.  Have it with chili, a marbleized ribeye, or aged cheeses.
