Vincent Richard Cotes du Jura Trousseau ORGANIC/BIODYNAMIC

Paleontologists are familiar with Jura due to its importance to our understanding of the past, (it’s the namesake for the Jurassic era!) But for us its more about the wine! With a climate very similar to southern Alsace and the Côte-d’Or in Burgundy, Jura is a perfect cool climate region for red varietals with bright acidity and fresh, crunchy fruit. This 100% Trousseu is fermented full cluster which gives it a brambly body of red and black berries. It is aged in stainless steel to retain all of its fruity goodness and is a perfect pairing with paté, roasted chicken, duck or turkey!
