Woody Creek Colorado Potato Vodka

Batch distilled from potatoes grown exclusively for vodka production on their own farm, a mere eight miles from the distillery. The proximity allows them to process their potatoes on the same day they are harvested and have a bottle of vodka in hand in five days later. Distilled only once to maintain its unique taste, character, and mouth feel while achieving exceptional purity, and brought to proof with Rocky Mountain spring water.

Made from Rio Grande potatoes, revered for their high starch content and flavor complexity. The distillery had scientists test the best species of potato to grow in the region and create the most hospitable environment for them.
