Since 1892, winemaking at Azuda Winery in the Rapel Valley of Chile has been a family business. Winemaker Gabriel Edwards oversees operations these days and seeks to bring beautifully crafted wines that showcase the best of his native country. Their Clos de Luz is made from 100% Garnacha grown in colluvial soil with a high percentage of granite and quartz. The result is a lush red with bright acidity and aromas of sour cherry and a pinch of herbs. This wine is a perfect pair with grilled pork chops, roasted mushrooms or roast poultry!
