Badia di Morrona Chianti Reserva SUSTAINABLE

The Badia di Morrona estate is one of the four historic monasteries (badie)founded by the Count of Fucecchio, dating back to the 11th century. Dedicated to both farming and viticulture, the estate represents the perfect marriage between tradition and modern technology. Their Chianti Riserva is aged for 18 months in large oak casks to help round off the tannins and acidity. Aromas of red fruit and hints of balsamic and tobacco make this a perfect food wine. Enjoy with pecorino cheese or bistecca alla Fiorentina.
