Cooper Mountain Pinot Noir ORGANIC/BIODYNAMIC

The Willamette Valley produces some of the most elegant and delicious Pinot Noirs in the United States, and Copper Mountain has all of the characteristics we seek out in these reds. The nose displays notes of blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry that complement the well-balanced palate, which shows a slight hint of earth. Aged in French oak, this wine has balance and depth, making it a pairing with roasted poultry like duck or turkey and, of course, Pacific salmon!
