Bull Run Pinot Noir Finished American Whiskey is crafted in Portland and Carlton, Oregon by Bull Run Distillery, using a mash bill of approximately 96% corn and 4% malted barley, aged initially in ex–bourbon casks and then finished for six months to a year in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels sourced from Willamette Valley wineries. Bottled at 48.89% ABV (97.78 proof) for the 15-year batch, it offers a layered, full whiskey experience with a dry, tea-like spice finish and subtle wine-barrel influence.
