Chateau Peyros "Heritage" Madiran SUSTAINABLE/FWM

Calling all fans of big, muscular, and unapologetically bold wines!! Vines for the Chateau Peyros average 20-25 years of age, and grow in iron rich chalky soil. Made from predominately tannat, a full and flavorful grape high in antioxidants, this blend displays aromas and flavors of brambly wild blackberries, white pepper, eucalyptus, and coffee. Spending 12 months in oak (25% of which is new French) it displays sinewy tannins that make it the perfect bottle to pair with a full meal, especially roasts and hearty stews!
