Daniel Dampt & Fils Petit Chablis SUSTAINABLE

Wines labeled Petit Chablis come from vineyards on the outer edges of the Chablis Appellation in Burgundy, where the vines are grown in limestone-rich soils. Made from 100% Chardonnay and fermented in large stainless-steel tanks, these wines are beautifully crisp and refreshing (and come at a slightly lower cost than their siblings from Chablis!). Notes of citrus, apple, and pear keep it fresh, and a touch of salinity and fleshiness increases its range and interest. Enjoy this fine white with fresh oysters, seared trout, or a fancy chicken pot pie!
