Pouilly-Fuissé is a captivating wine appellation located in the Mâconnais appellation of Burgundy. Up until the 1990s it was known for big, oaky representations of Chardonnay. The Henri Bonnerue is a more tame reflection on this appellation with aromas of white flowers, apple, pear and a touch of almond. The palate is round and delicious with a hint of citrus and lush minerality. Aged 12 months in a mix of Stainless Steel and Oak, this wine has depth and complexity ready to be paired with any pan-friend fish, braised pork, or herb-roasted chicken.
