The story of Tinashe Nyamudoka is something amazing. Born and raised in Zimbabwe, he started out as a waiter in a local restaurant and soon reached the pinnacle as Sommelier of the continent’s top restaurant “The Test Kitchen” in Cape Town. A winner of many awards, he has left hospitality to go into making wine on South Africa’s Western Cape using the name “Kumusha” which translates as “New” from his native Shona. Sourced from a single 10-acre vineyard, this wine is fresh and zippy with terrific tropical fruit.
