La Grange Tiphaine is located in Montlouis-sur-Loire, widely considered one of the most progressive regions in the Loire in terms of vineyard practices! Now run by Damien (fifth generation) and his wife Coralie, the domaine has transformed into one of the most respected in the area. Here we have their sparkling Chenin Blanc with zero dosage (no added sugar). The palate is soft with persistent acidity. The nose is beautiful with aromas of apricot, florals, and stone fruit.  Enjoy with oysters, shrimp cocktail, or simply on its own!
