From deep in the Graves appellation of Bordeaux comes this special kind of sweet white wine that’s sure to make you smile. Because of its unique place, evening mists envelop the vineyards until late morning the following day. This moist atmosphere encourages noble rot which heightens and concentrates the sugars in the grapes creating wine that has great acidity, but a luscious sweetness. With nearly nine years of age from an excellent vintage, this bottle is a classic pairing with seared foie-gras, blue-cheese, and fruit-themed desserts.
