Calatayud is a warm and arid region in the rolling hills of Northern Spain. Vast landscapes with zig-zagging rivers and mountain ranges create ideal conditions for growing beautifully structured garnacha. Lo Brujo is harvested from old-vine fruit that is then fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the youthful aromatics of black cherry, red currant, and brambly blackberry. The palate is lush, with notes of black pepper and well-balanced minerality. Enjoy it with pulled pork sliders or cheese quesadillas!
