In the hills between the towns of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, lies the “Classic” region for Prosecco—and so it has been designated a DOCG. Higher in dryness, this wine represents class and distinction in Prosecco—at a completely approachable price! Beautiful and bubbly with a delightful mousse, this wine is clean and bright and offers lovely lemon and a crisp, dry, light palate that is both refined and yummy at the same time (imagine that!). Have it with lightly fried fritti appetizers, and hors d’oeuvres.
