Vina Robles Viognier Paso Robles ORGANIC

Viognier is becoming increasingly fashionable. It offers some of the soft, ample-bodied texture of Chardonnay, though with additional aromatic fruit character. From the fabulous California AVA Paso Robles, where the grape has plenty of warmth and sun to ripen, this wine has delicate peach, pear, and mandarin orange aromas. Full and flavorful on the palate, this wine is completely dry with a long and lovely finish. Try it with a tagine, a mango and cashew nut salad, or roast poultry like chicken and turkey!
