Franciacorta is the KING of Italian sparkling wine! Made almost entirely from Chardonnay using the Champagne method, it is completely dry—and quite a step up from the slightly sweet Prosecco we might be used to. This family-owned estate takes great pride in its product, from hand-harvesting its grapes to aging each bottle for about two years on the lees. With a beautiful bouquet of brioche and fabulous floral notes, its mousse is elegant and expressive. Perfect as an aperitif or with delicately fried finger foods.
