They believe that if you want to make great wine you have to take your time. With this in mind they have produced a truly delicious blend. Fresh and elegant on the nose full of red fruit, the palate has great presence with slightly toasted notes from aging 6 months in French oak. Have it with all manner of grilled meats and vegetables or bring it to the next backyard barbecue!
