Capiaux Pinot Noir Chimera Sonoma Coast ORGANIC

Sean Capiaux has a distinguished career working at prominent wineries around the world. In 2001, he and his wife Gina returned home to California to start their own estate. Their Chimera Pinot Noir is produced from vines grown in the Russian River Valley of Sonoma. Entwined aromas of ripe cherry, pomegranate and cranberry are followed by baking spice and blackberry. With 11 months aging in oak the palate is full and lush with medium tannins. this pinot is perfect for a special night at home or a host gift to your next dinner party.
