Chateau de Fontenille Entre-deux-Mers ORGANIC

While most of us think of Bordeaux for its reds, the white wines from there are also amazing!  With mostly Sauvignon Blanc, it’s different than what we’re used to in the Loire, but still oh-so-delicious!  Located in Entre-deux-Mers (meaning “Between two seas”), Château de Fontenelle is situated in the heart of the region’s white production. This white is a lively and fresh wine, characterized by an aromatic bouquet with hints of jasmine, hawthorn, and lemon blossom. It’s great to drink on its own or with almost any fish!
