The wines of Costador are produced from old vines, some more than 110 years old, growing in mineral-rich calcareous soils. This soil, combined with the high temperature contrasts in the area, helps to produce wines that are ripe with freshness and beautiful acidity. This orange wine is made from 100% Macabeo, fermented whole-cluster with their skins for 2-3 weeks, giving a lush touch of tannin and mouthfeel. Beautiful notes of florals, orange citrus, and stone fruit make this a perfect pairing with grilled fish, hard cheeses, or cured meats!
