Division Wine Co. Les Petits Fers Gamay Noir ORGANIC/BIODYNAMIC/FWM

Located in Portland, Oregon, and led by Kate Norris and Thomas Monroe, Division Winemaking Company crafts responsible wines with a story and purpose. Their ‘Les Petits Fers’ is made from a blend of Gamay Noir from plots of land in both Oregon and Washington. Produced through a method similar to that of a Beaujolais Villages wine, using carbonic maceration, this red is light, juicy, and fragrant with red fruit and a touch of minerality. Enjoy with a slight chill alongside grilled salmon or roasted poultry!
