Roberto Henriquez Pais Verde ORGANIC/NATURAL

NOTES:    The Bio Bío Valley is one of Chile’s most historic—and extreme—wine regions, and Roberto Henriquez is in the vanguard of its quality-focused producers. Unfortunately, during 2023, there was a fire in the vineyards which made for a huge loss of the yield. Thankfully, they were able to salvage part of it, which gave the final product a “smoky” quality, something that many appreciate in a natural wine. Here we have his 100% Pais made with carbonic maceration and featuring floral notes, tart red fruit and juicy flavors. This chillable red is a perfect pair with chorizo sausage or fresh fish off the grill!
