The highest of the Beaujolais Crus, Chiroubles is known to produce some of the lightest, most refreshing, and perhaps most archetypically “Beaujolais” wines of the region. Pauline Passot comes from a winemaking family with a knack for Gamay! Beautiful, with bright red fruit mixed with smoky cinnamon, this is a wine that satisfies the palate with great flavor and minerality. Aged entirely in stainless steel, it’s light, refreshing, and delicious when slightly chilled. Enjoy it with salads topped with roast chicken, grilled salmon, or simply sip it on its own!
