Pop’s California Red Blend ORGAINC/NATURAL

Pop’s Wine Co. is an exciting new project from celebrated California winemaker Woody Hambrecht and wine industry veteran Josh Lavis that showcases the terroir of Grist Creek Vineyard in Dry Creek Valley. They use minimal-intervention techniques to craft a bright, fresh red wine with a new-school profile that also nods to pre-Prohibition heritage blends. The palate is juicy and brambly, full of bright red fruit and fig. Enjoy with roast poultry or a cheeseburger!
