Set on a plateau 450 meters above the Atlantic, La Ferme Rouge (The Red Farm) produces wines in the heart of Morocco’s Zaër region. Winemaker Jacques Poulain crafts his wines from the local red soil (hamri), where old and new vines are grown harmoniously with nature. The white wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Vermentino, resulting in an insanely refreshing blend with aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. Try pairing it with fresh oysters, shellfish, or a green salad drizzled with a citrus dressing.
