Champagne Pertois-Moriset has been a family-owned and operated Champagne house since its inception in 1951. Today, the estate is run by Cecile, the granddaughter of the original founders, and her husband Vincent. L’Assemblage is a powerfully aromatic blend of half Chardonnay and half Pinot Noir. Pale in the glass, it shows aromas of ripe green apple and toasted nuts. The palate features a zippy minerality as well as those lovely brioche notes we all love.
