Travel to another world with this beautifully elegant red blend from Roots Cellar, named after the small region of Burgundy, Passetoutgrain (which means pass the grapes). The winemakers at Roots use the same methods to blend Gamay and Pinot Noir into a lovely light and chillable red. Aromas of ripe cherry and wild florals give way to crunchy red fruit and a touch of black pepper on the palate. With bright acidity and smooth, silky tannins, this is definitely a playful wine. Enjoy with miso glazes salmon, roast turkey or most semi soft cheese!
