The winemakers at Roots use the same methods to blend Gamay and Pinot Noir into a lovely light and chillable red. Aromas of ripe cherry and wild florals give way to crunchy red fruit and a touch of black pepper on the palate. With bright acidity and smooth, silky tannins, this is definitely a playful wine.
