Saurus Pinot Noir ORGANIC

During the construction of the Familia Schroeder winery in the wild plains of Patagonia, they made a huge discovery. Beneath the fertile soil they uncovered the fossilized bones of a Titanosaur, one of the largest dinosaurs that ever roamed the earth! (You don’t need to travel 5,000 miles to see this for yourself, just walk 2 blocks to the Natural History Museum!) The wine itself is aged 9 months in French and American oak and the palate is light but expressive with red fruit and a touch of spice. Have this on its own or with salads topped with grilled chicken, salmon, or tofu.
