Spiritus Terrae Malvasia Orange ORGANIC/BIODYNAMIC /NATURAL

Malvasia is a diverse grape varietal, originally from Greece but now grown throughout the entire Mediterranean region. Here we have an example of a white Malvasia, fermented with skins on to create what we know as an ‘orange’ wine! The Spiritus Terrae has rich and complex aromatics of peach, tropical fruit, and herbs. The palate is plush and lush, with a long, lingering finish. Dry with tight acidity, this wine makes a perfect pairing with a spicy curry or semi-aged cheeses alongside cured meats!
