Terre del Barolo, Gavi

Pooling resources to create a delicious wine of provenance is the key…all for a fraction of what an Estate would charge. Gavi is one of Italy’s classic white wines. Just 11 miles long (about the size of Manhattan) its sand and clay soil is ideal for the Cortese grape. Light with lemon, pretty white flowers, and a marvelous minerality; this wine is dry and delicious—perfect for lighter seafood or stir-fries!
