Located in the Côte des Blancs region of Champagne, the 1er Cru village of Cuis is highly coveted for its charming and characteristic Chardonnay (Bollinger grows a lot of their grapes here too). Founded by his grandfather, Christian Bourmault now cultivates 16 acres of vines into some of the most sublime wine we know. Bright with apple, pear, chalky minerality as well as hints of an almond croissant; this wine is robust but lean with an elegant mousse and a flavorful finish. A truly beautiful bottle with which to sip and celebrate!
