From the marvelous Mâconnais, here is a charming and approachable white Burgundy you are sure to love!  Delectable, dry, and aged in a mix of stainless steel and used oak, the Domaine de la Tour Penet is vibrant and fresh on the nose with clean fruit and bright flavor.  Light and refreshing on the palate, it offers an appetizing aspect of gala apples, almond, nutmeg, and pear. Fantastic with fish, chicken, and pork, it’s especially nice with something accompanied by Dijon mustard or mushrooms.
