The Finger Lakes is home to some of the very best Riesling in America.  With moderated micro-climates created by the warming (and cooling) effects of the lakes, temperatures are beautifully balanced to create resplendent Riesling!  From the banks of Seneca Lake, Forge makes a wine that’s delicious.  With a fine balance of fruit and floral aromas, it’s round on the palate with excellent notes of pear and apple.  Completely dry and with a satisfying finish—it’s great with sushi, or any mild curry with a squeeze of lime.
