Bright and light, the Tirage Precoce exceeds all of our expectations when it comes to a Villages wine from Beaujolais!  Consisting 100% of the great Gamay grape, this has the aroma and taste of a Cru—but at a great cut in price!  Lovely on the nose with fruit and sophistication, the palate is particularly pleasing, offering juicy red berries and a satisfyingly dry finish.  Enjoy it on its own (with a little chill on the bottle!) or with roasted chicken or seared tuna with soy sauce and red chilies!
