This family estate, established in 1930, takes its name from a wild, aromatic Mediterranean herb called “La Patience” that can be found throughout the vineyards. These similar floral aromatics can be found here in their red blend which shows also beautiful notes of bright red berries. With zero oak aging on this wine, the tannins are light and the acidity is quite zippy! This red is best served chilled and can be an amazing pairing with grilled sausages, salmon or just on its own with friends at the park!
