Louis Sipp Pinot Blanc ORGANIC

Separated from Germany by the river Rhine, and from France by the Vosges mountains, Alsace has had a bit of an identity crisis for generations.  As unique to France as it is in its winemaking, Alsatian wine results in something independent, eccentric, and deliciously delectable that is sought the world over.  Clean and dry with a quiet nose and a crisp, somewhat floral palate, this is a pretty wine in a pretty bottle to complete the company of salads, charcuterie, or a mild, fresh, young cheese.
