Made by a self-proclaimed “bunch of wine nerds” who wanted to make a California version of their favorite Italian orange, this can brings notes of pineapple, jackfruit, honey, orange blossoms and a wheat (brew) aftertaste. With organically farmed grapes, the chardonnay is machine harvested, destemmed, fermented on its skins for 10 days with 3 pump overs daily until dry. This wine goes well with fried chicken, eggplant lasagna, or mushroom pizza!
