Oracle Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon SUSTAINABLE

Much like Sisyphus and his endless punishment of pushing the boulder up the mountain; we are on an endless search to discover all the Cabernet options California has to offer (ours is definitely the opposite of a punishment).  This search has lead us to Oracle Cellars and their beautiful Cabernet. This full bodied red is aged in combination of stainless steel tanks and new oak for 12 months, The result is a cab that is big on the palate with black fruit and lush tannins. This wine is balanced and ready to enjoy with all sorts of red meat dishes, barbecues, and chili!
