Coming from high elevations and nestled within the Andes Mountain Range, this wine takes you to Argentina, where malbec found its cozy New World home; also where 75% of this grape's production worldwide takes place. Fermented in native yeasts only, and with a long cold maceration process involved, followed by 5 months in older oak casks, this bottle brings notes of raspberry, blackberry and plum woven with soft tannins and a spice-tinged finish. Pair it with beef medallions, steak burrito, ribs or lamb.
